Job Summary
Own and shape enterprise narratives that tie regulatory, policy, and product actions to safety, compliance, and stakeholder trust, coordinating cross-functional messaging and AI-driven audience insights.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise narratives that position the Company as a regulated infrastructure supporting strengthened safety, compliance, operational, and community outcomes
- Ensures that regulatory, policy, and industry developments are translated into strategies and messaging that shape perception, informs action, and strengthens stakeholder trust
- Ensure alignment between product, policy, and corporate narratives across all external channels
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to test and refine audience personas and message receptivity, ensuring narratives resonate across all audiences
- Partner closely with Government Relations and Legal to anticipate, interpret, and communicate regulatory and legislative developments
- Develop communication strategies that support policy engagement, regulatory readiness, and customer confidence
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into customer-relevant implications and value propositions
- Utilize data and AI-driven insights to monitor sentiment and stakeholder response to regulatory developments, informing proactive communication strategies
- Lead development of customer-facing messaging and go-to-market strategies that explain product, pricing, and policy changes in a clear, credible, and proactive manner
- Lead communications during periods of regulatory, pricing, or policy change, ensuring customers and partners understand implications, continuity, and value
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, public affairs, or related discipline
- Experience supporting regulated industries, policy communications, or government-facing environments
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic narratives that influence external stakeholders and business outcomes
- Agency and contractor management
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public affairs, journalism, or related field
- Experience working closely with Government Relations, Legal, Product, Sales, and regulatory teams
- Background in B2B communications, product marketing, or industry positioning
- Experience serving as a spokesperson or senior communications advisor to executives
- Ability to identify and activate thought leadership and external positioning opportunities
