Job Summary

Own the creative testing loop for paid social to lift conversions, while surfacing proven templates for influencer/UGC scripts and fast-win trend adaptations.

Growth/Performance: Drive creative testing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to improve conversion rates.
Creatives & Scripts: Craft high converting short-form scripts in UGC and influencer formats and iterate quickly.
Trend & Influencer: Translate influencer/UGC trends into paid acquisition playbooks.

Own creative testing loop across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with a focus on conversion lift.
Write high converting scripts for short-form ads in UGC, influencer, testimonial, and problem-solution formats.
Research influencer/UGC trends and translate them into paid acquisition playbooks.
Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to improve conversion performance.

Requirements

Relevant experience in Performance advertising, Paid social campaigns, Script writing for short-form ads, Influencer or UGC marketing
Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads ecosystem
Data-driven mindset - comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating creative
