Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media strategy across channels to drive ticket sales, fan growth, and revenue, while coordinating with analytics, content, partnerships, and ticketing teams to align plans and improve performance.

Collaborate with BS&A, Analytics, and Content to translate insights into actionable plans

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead paid media strategy and performance across social, search, display, and emerging platforms, driving efficient revenue growth and measurable incrementality
Manage and allocate media budgets across channels based on performance and business priorities
Optimize campaigns to drive ticket sales, lead generation, and fan acquisition at efficient CAC / ROAS
Own website / landing page roadmap to support performance in tandem with integrated marketing plans
Develop A/B tests to optimize website performance across ticket sales and lead generation
Work closely with the Associate Manager, Growth & Retention to monitor site performance on a weekly basis an develop clear, actionable insights & recommendations to improve performance in support of business goals
Own relationships with external media agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, transparent reporting, and continuous performance improvement tied to ticketing outcomes
Partner closely with the Ticketing & Business Strategy & Analytics teams to align media strategy and Ticketing Plans (Priority matches, offers, inventory, etc)
Build scalable, automated fan journeys that move fans from awareness to first purchase, repeat purchase, and long-term loyalty in partnership with Ticketing & BS&A
Translate insights into action, adjusting media channel mix, pacing, messaging, offers, or other tactics and integrated marketing strategies based on performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing within a consumer-facing industry
Proven experience managing paid media budgets with a strong track record of driving measurable growth and revenue outcomes
Deep understanding of paid media strategy, attribution, and performance measurement
Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategy
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals
Comfort building roadmaps and playbooks from scratch
Strong understanding of or direct experience in ticketing, sports, entertainment, or live event ecosystems is a strong plus
A passion for storytelling, fan engagement, and growing women’s sports
