Job Summary

Own and execute support for PR campaigns across media, technology, and other industries, from research and storytelling to drafting materials and coordinating with senior staff.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies for clients across media, technology, and other industries.
Support account teams in managing client relationships, including preparing meeting notes and follow-ups.
Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and other written materials.
Assist in the development of compelling story angles and client narratives.
Conduct research to support client campaigns, including audience insights and competitor analyses.
Build foundational skills in media relations, including compiling media lists and identifying press opportunities.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, preparing summary reports for internal teams and clients.
Support day-to-day coordination of PR campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
Collaborate with team members to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and address project needs.
Work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to various aspects of PR and strategic communications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for internship or agency experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Interest in media and technology industries is a plus.
