Prospect, Partner, and Customer Growth (PPCG), within US Consumer Marketing Services, is a fast-paced organization responsible for driving Card Members into the American Express franchise via digital and direct channels.
Within PPCG, the Prospect Site and Application Marketing team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class digital marketing and card shopping experiences to effectively convert visitors and efficiently acquire high-quality new Card Members on Americanexpress.com.
This Sr. Manager, SEO and AEO Strategy role will play a critical part in shaping and executing both the short- and long-term organic search roadmap, ensuring our search strategy evolves alongside these industry shifts.
This role will lead the development of a best-in-class SEO and AEO program that increases visibility across traditional and AI-powered search experiences while driving measurable business outcomes across the customer journey.
This role requires a highly creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with robust marketing experience and a proven track record of delivering results.
The role will partner closely with key stakeholders across analytics, technical product management, legal & compliance, product owners, and digital acquisition channel teams.
