Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.
Foster and cultivate client success, client relationships, and ultimately client retention
Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and image alt text, to align with SEO best practices
Review all client deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Work closely with the team to stay on top of project status and to proactively identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Serve as the “voice of the client,” representing your clients’ needs when dealing with internal stakeholders at all times
Review audit reports. Complete work and assign tasks to techs to complete
Research related, high-value keywords and strategize how to optimize them across on-page and off-page SEO efforts
Analyze websites for content cannibalization and implement a strategy to streamline SEO efforts

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of SEO experience
Minimum of three (3) years in a client facing role
Minimum of two (2) years of agency experience
An up-to-date understanding of Organic Search Engine Optimization, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing
Technical SEO expertise: hreflang tags, canonical URLs, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, 301 redirects, 404 resolution, schema markup, internal/external linking strategies
Excellent relationship building skills and extremely personable demeanor
Highly-organized, detail-oriented and positive attitude
Ability to effectively communicate our business and services to clients
Strong sense of urgency to fulfill internal and client needs
Proven project management skills
