Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Creative Strategy & Output
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete creative lifecycle, from competitive research (using Motion, Foreplay, Meta Ad Library, or GetHookd) to angle ideation, script writing, visual briefing, and performance review for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Amazon DSP.
High-Volume Briefing Output: Maintain a consistent briefing cadence to support rapid testing, delivering 3-6 creative briefs weekly for primary SKUs and 2-4 creative briefs weekly for secondary SKUs.
AI Tool Integration: Integrate modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield) into scripting, storyboarding, and concepting workflows to accelerate production.
Asset & Workflow Management: Organize creative timelines, briefs, and assets across ClickUp (our project management tool) and Dropbox to ensure on-time delivery to media buyers and editors.
Angle Engineering & Direct-Response Scripting (50–60% of Role)
- Precision Scriptwriting: Write line-by-line ad scripts, including visual cues, screen directions, text-on-screen (TOS), and voiceover (VO) instructions, for internal editors and external UGC creators.
- Master Storytelling & Pattern Interrupts: Craft narrative-driven ads that combine creative storytelling with direct-response hooks (0-5 seconds) designed to stop feed scrolling.
- Formula Translation & Compliance: Dissect complex supplement formulations into simple, benefit-focused marketing angles while strictly adhering to FTC/FDA compliance guidelines (claims vs. benefit structure).
- Multi-Format Direction: Oversee the execution of UGC-style content, video ads, static graphics, and motion graphics.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in direct-response creative strategy and scripting for paid social/search in a DTC e-commerce environment.
Supplement & UGC Focus: Proven experience scaling supplement/wellness brands using high-volume User Generated Content (UGC) ad strategies.
Core Traits: Master storyteller who writes engaging narrative copy, possesses a direct-response mindset, is highly coachable, and thrives in an agile environment.
Technical & Compliance Proficiencies:
Ability to translate complex product formulations into consumer-friendly marketing angles.
Direct knowledge of FTC/FDA dietary supplement advertising rules (claims vs. benefit structure).
Fluency in creative metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, CPA) to guide asset iterations.
Tool Proficiencies:
Editing/Design: Hands-on skill with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (to make quick iteration edits and judge design quality).
AI Tools: Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, or similar tools for ideation and scripting.

Preferred

Prior experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
Familiarity with creative research and analytics platforms: GetHookd, Motion, Foreplay.co, and Meta Ad Library.
Non-leadership role, but leadership experience is a plus.
