Troubleshoot listings, suppressions, and content conflicts across Vendor Central and Seller Central

Job Description

Responsibilities

Complete new item setup and product catalog updates across ecommerce marketplaces
Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and attributes
Manage product variations, images, videos, and enhanced content
Maintain accurate product data using Excel, flat files, and marketplace templates
Open and manage cases in Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry
Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressions, variation issues, and content conflicts
Audit product detail pages and identify opportunities for content improvement
Coordinate with designers, account managers, clients, and internal teams on content needs
Communicate with internal teams and clients to clarify needs, share updates, and resolve issues
Track project progress, missing information, and marketplace updates

Requirements

At least 2 years of Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience
Experience with new item setup, catalog maintenance, and marketplace flat files
Strong product copywriting and Amazon SEO knowledge
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filters, and data validation
Experience managing product variations and resolving catalog issues
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Walmart, Target, Shopify, or other marketplace experience
Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stories, and Brand Stores
Helium 10 or other keyword research tools
Social media scheduling and publishing
Adobe Creative Suite, or AI content tools
