Responsibilities

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms for multiple consumer brands.
• Build campaigns, audiences, tracking frameworks, and reporting within Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall efficiency.
• Manage budgets and spending to maximize performance against business objectives.
• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies to support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
• Support paid media initiatives that drive traffic and sales across Amazon and direct-to-consumer eCommerce channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing and business goals.
• Creative Development & Campaign Support
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing teams to develop compelling, performance-focused advertising content.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager to launch, manage, and optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of tracking and attribution tools, including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and audience-building strategies.
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, or similar solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter mindset with a continuous learning mentality.

Preferred

• Experience supporting eCommerce marketing initiatives.
• Experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or user-generated content campaigns.
• Familiarity with the automotive, outdoor recreation, powersports, trucking, performance, or enthusiast markets.
• Experience working in a consumer products or multi-brand environment.
