Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit and produce a consistent volume of high-quality video content across Favor’s digital platforms and internal ministry use.
Transform raw footage into polished videos that effectively communicate Favor’s mission and values.
Edit resource development videos, ministry field content, staff trainings, and promotional materials.
Create short-form clips optimized for social media performance, alongside longer documentary-style content.
Perform color grading, sound mixing, and export files with platform-specific specifications.
Develop motion graphics and titles that are clean, professional, and on-brand.
Manage and grow the Favor International YouTube channel by implementing strategic content plans.
Analyze channel analytics regularly to inform content decisions and optimize performance.
Write compelling titles and descriptions, select effective thumbnails, and enhance discoverability.
Stay updated with YouTube trends, editing styles, and platform algorithm changes to keep content current.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience in editing log footage, color grading, and sound mixing.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with AI tools for voiceover, music, or workflow automation is a plus.
