Responsibilities

Support execution of sports sponsorship marketing initiatives and campaigns, helping projects move smoothly from planning through delivery.
Assist with physician, rankings and Women’s Health campaign execution as needed.
Assist with campaign documentation, logistics, production coordination, timelines, reviews, approvals, and follow-up.
Coordinate on-site activations, including content shoots, hospital visits, and tabling.
Help organize and develop marketing assets, templates, reports, and shared resources to improve workflow and consistency across the team.
Help coordinate meetings, agendas, presentations, and communication with internal and external partners.
Contribute to the development of presentations, communications, and marketing materials that support patient and physician marketing efforts.
Coordinate digital, copy, and creative reviews for marketing materials, videos, social content, and related assets.
Participate in market research, competitive analysis, campaign tracking, and reporting to support evaluation and future planning.
Provide writing, proofreading, organizational, and administrative support for the marketing team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred
1+ years of relevant marketing experience preferred including internships, coordinator-level experience
2+ years of experience in health care setting preferred
