Job Description
Responsibilities
- As Social Media Junior Manager, you’ll: Assist with the development and execution of social strategies that drive engagement and results for top-tier brands.
- Manage the client relationship alongside the Senior Social Media Manager, assisting with client growth, and ensuring a positive and long term client partnership with your group of clients.
- Assist with all aspects of content creation and campaign ideation, ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
- Analyze, report, and optimize performance metrics to continuously elevate client results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably managing prominent brands.
- Deep understanding and passion of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager and social scheduling platforms like Dash Hudson.
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for creative storytelling.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and passion for continuous growth and learning.

- Proven results in driving ROI through organic and paid social campaigns.
- A knack for staying ahead of trends and incorporating them into strategies.
