Ideate and film original TikTok and Instagram content daily — think GRWM, outfit checks, styling challenges, trending audio, reactions, and app-forward demos
Stay ahead of trends — surface sounds, formats, and moments in culture before they peak and bring them to the brand quickly
Work closely with our Social Media Manager and leadership team on content cadence, priorities, and performance learnings
Bring your own creative POV — we want your ideas, not just execution

Requirements

You already make content — for yourself, your friends, or just because you love it. You have an existing TikTok and/or Instagram presence you’re proud of
You’re completely comfortable on camera and know how to hold attention — natural, expressive, and confident on screen
You have a strong personal sense of style and a genuine interest in fashion — this isn’t your side hustle, it’s something you actually care about
You have access to a great filming setup — good lighting, a clean and visually appealing space, and the ability to shoot content independently from home
You’re organized, self-directed, and highly motivated — you can manage your own output without being chased down
You know what’s funny, what’s cool, and what’s about to be everywhere — and you can explain why
Recent grad or current senior — you’re looking for a real role with real responsibility, not coffee runs
