Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with influencer gifting, outreach, and campaign coordination
Organise PR mailers, product launches, and gifting activations
Maintain influencer and media databases
Track campaign performance and compile reports
Support media enquiries and requests
Support the planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups, and launches
Coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics, and event materials
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site support
Help gather feedback and reporting following events
Support retail, digital, social, and brand campaigns

Requirements

Previous experience in marketing, PR, events, influencer marketing, or a related field
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Passionate about beauty, social media, influencers, and emerging trends
