Job Summary

Own end-to-end ad operations for banner ads across DSPs, including asset uploads, tracking setup, QA, and testing, while monitoring delivery and optimisation.

Manage banners, tags and tracking links across Adform and other DSPs
Upload translated banners to the ad server and QA across browsers/devices
Run A/B tests and report on performance comparisons

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage banner ads and tags across our DSPs, including Adform and other direct networks
Upload and organise translated banners to our ad server
Generate tracking links
QA and troubleshoot so banners display correctly
Monitor and maintain correct percentage splits on direct deals
Run A/B tests on banners and report on how they compare

Requirements

1–3 years in Ad Operations, Digital Advertising or Ad Tech
At least two years using a large DSP and ad servers (ideally Adform, but DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP work too)
Understanding of HTML5 creatives, third-party ad tags, JavaScript tags and VAST/VPAID tags
Experience implementing click trackers, impression trackers and conversion tracking
Experience creating and validating tracking URLs using UTM parameters and macros
Familiarity with pixels, conversion tracking and tag troubleshooting
Experience QAing creatives before launch across browsers and devices
Able to troubleshoot issues with creatives, redirects, tracking discrepancies and delivery
Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and building basic reports in Looker Studio
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills

Preferred

Enough JavaScript, HTML and CSS to automate tasks like banner uploads and tag management
Experience with Display, Native, Video and CTV formats
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, for automating workflows and troubleshooting
