Design user interfaces for Power Platform applications.
Create graphics for reports and briefings.
Ensure consistent branding across all deliverables.
Support communication management, knowledge management, and program reporting objectives.
Develop, review, and produce external-facing content such as press releases, brochures, web content, social media posts, and other materials for public distribution.
Coordinate all external-facing content with the Marketing Division and ensure adherence to branding, messaging, and approval protocols.

Requirements

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience. Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience. Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree. Relevant experience includes user interface (UI) design, content creation, and brand support.
Certifications: Adobe Certified Professional (e.g., in Illustrator or Photoshop) certification required
Clearance Requirements: Must be able to undergo and successfully complete a Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD)-12 qualifying Tier 2 background investigation for Common Access Card (CAC) issuance.
Location/on-site requirements: Primarily on-site in Washington, DC, with off-site remote work authorized on a situational, case-by-case basis.

Preferred

At least one (1) year of experience with the USCG, DHS, or DoD is preferred.
