Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer with a creative mind and a strong grounding in core marketing principles. They will understand how audience needs, segmentation, positioning and clear messaging work together to make campaigns effective.
• We’re seeking a hands-on marketer who can take an idea and deliver it end to end. They will have practical experience building emails and landing pages, creating digital campaign assets and using CRM marketing tools, with the confidence to assess whether a campaign is working, identify what needs attention and decide what to test next.
• They will be a strong communicator and collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships, welcomes feedback and takes ownership of their work. Our environment moves quickly, so they’ll need to be organised, adaptable and proactive, with the ambition to keep learning and grow alongside the business.
• This role will be based at our Legal Tech Talk offices in Victoria!
