Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to launch
• Coordinate campaign timelines, critical paths and stakeholder approvals
• Ensure activity is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard
• Project manage seasonal menu launches and new product introductions
• Coordinate artwork, print, operational communications and launch plans
• Work closely with Food & Drink, Operations and Creative teams to deliver flawless execution
• Own the delivery of in-restaurant marketing touchpoints
• Manage POS, menus, point-of-sale materials and guest communications
• Support marketing activity across Côte at Home, Côte Uncorked, gift cards and delivery platforms.
• Coordinate campaigns that drive sales across both physical and digital channels

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing role within hospitality, retail or another fast-paced consumer brand
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
