Responsibilities

• As Marketing and Communications Officer, you will help deliver engaging marketing and communications activity across QAA's digital channels.
• You will create and publish content across email, social media and our websites, and plan and send targeted email campaigns through our CRM system.
• You'll support campaigns that promote QAA's products, services, events and publications, working closely with colleagues across the team - including day-to-day social media community management and promoting our events programme through our channels.
• You will also use audience insight and performance information to help improve our communications and work closely with colleagues across QAA to deliver effective, consistent and accessible content.
• You will be one of two Marketing and Communications Officers, working closely together and sharing campaign delivery.

Requirements

• experience working in marketing or communications, with hands-on experience creating and publishing digital content across a range of channels
• strong copywriting skills and experience using social media, email marketing and content management systems, with an understanding of SEO and web analytics
• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce desirable) to build and send email campaigns would be an advantage
• creative, organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and tailor communications for different audiences
