Job Description
Drive influencer, creator, and community marketing for Karuna/Avatara, owning partnerships, programs, and ongoing engagement.
- Source, vet, and manage influencer partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and brand channels
- Support influencer contracting, onboarding, agreements, and briefings with social and legal partners
- Assist in developing influencer briefs, content concepts, deliverables, and timelines
- Manage outreach, posting schedules, and day-to-day communication with creators
- Build and maintain influencer and creator lists for campaigns, gifting, giveaways, and long-term partnerships
- Support affiliate-enabled creator programs across TikTok Shop, UpPromote, Amazon, and other platforms
- Track campaign performance, affiliate links, and creator deliverables
- Compile influencer recaps, reporting, and campaign performance summaries
- Manage daily community engagement across social platforms, including comments, DMs, reposts, and broadcasts
- Oversee Avatara’s TYB community platform and TikTok Shop affiliates, including onboarding, approvals, ongoing engagement, and community strategy
