Job Description

Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment
Source creators across Instagram, TikTok, and UGC platforms
Conduct personalized Instagram DM and email outreach
Maintain creator databases and outreach lists
Creator Operations
Support creators throughout onboarding and campaigns
Manage affiliate onboarding, creator communication, and product samples
Keep creator pipelines organized
Campaign Management
Turn scripts into creator briefs

Requirements

Open to undergraduate seniors only
Must-Haves
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong written communication skills
Strong understanding of creators and social media
Self-starter who enjoys solving problems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup

Preferred

Experience with influencer marketing, creator outreach, affiliate programs, UGC campaigns, or tools such as Notion, Slack, ManyChat, Refunnel, Trybe, Backstage, or similar CRM/project management software.
