Job Summary
Own paid acquisition and growth optimization end to end, including analytics, landing pages, and YouTube strategy to drive measurable growth.
- Growth Ownership: Own paid search, landing-page experiments, and conversion optimization to improve CAC and funnel lift.
- YouTube & Channel Strategy: Shape the channel as a core growth lever with tests and performance tracking.
- Decision-making & Remote Ops: Act as an owner and report to the founder, with quarterly in-person planning in the US.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition, conversion optimization, analytics, landing pages, experimentation, and our overall growth strategy.
- Guide the strategy for our YouTube channel as an important part of that growth.
- You\'ll report directly to the founder.
Requirements
- Proven track record of improving customer acquisition through paid search, conversion optimization, and data-driven experimentation.
- Enjoy solving difficult optimization problems.
- Think like an owner and enjoy making decisions.
- Experience remotely within the United States and able to participate in quarterly in-person planning meetings.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry (legal, insurance, financial services, etc.). This is a strong plus, not a requirement.
