Job Summary

Own multi-site marketing for a care home group by shaping strategy, driving admissions and occupancy, and steering digital channels from website to social while guarding brand and local activation.

  • Growth & Brand Ownership: Lead the group’s marketing strategy and brand identity across multiple sites, aligning with senior leaders and coordinating campaigns, PR, and content.
  • Channel Ownership: Drive website, SEO, PPC, email, and social programs plus local initiatives to grow inquiries and admissions.
  • Insights & Governance: Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and ROI, manage budgets and agencies, and produce leadership-ready performance reports.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the group's overall marketing and brand strategy
  • Drive enquiries, admissions, and occupancy growth across all care homes
  • Lead digital marketing activities including website management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Manage and enhance the group's brand identity and reputation
  • Develop local marketing initiatives to support individual care homes
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Create and oversee marketing budgets and measure return on investment (ROI)
  • Work closely with Regional Managers, Home Managers, and the senior leadership team to support business objectives
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
  • Oversee content creation, public relations, advertising campaigns, and community engagement activities
