Own Visualsoft's brand and demand through a practical UK-focused marketing strategy, bridging brand positioning, events, digital campaigns, and partnerships to generate ROI and lead activity.

  • Brand & governance: guardrails, guidelines, assets across internal/external touchpoints
  • Events & campaigns: end-to-end events program including Sync and industry conferences, aligned with sales for pipeline
  • Digital & partnerships: integrated campaigns across PPC/SEO/email/social and strengthen Shopify/eCommerce ecosystem partnerships

Job Description

Own Visualsoft's brand and demand through a practical UK-focused marketing strategy, bridging brand positioning, events, digital campaigns, and partnerships to generate ROI and lead activity.

  • Develop and deliver a practical, commercially aligned brand marketing strategy
  • Position Visualsoft as a leading Shopify and eCommerce partner in the UK market
  • Translate business priorities into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and event activity
  • Use data, market insight, and industry trends to inform brand positioning and messaging
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing priorities and KPIs
  • Act as the guardian of Visualsoft's brand, owning internal brand guidelines and ensuring a consistent, professional brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints, including oversight of branded assets such as presentations, templates, merchandise, email signatures, office branding, and wider supporting materials used across the business
  • Own and deliver Visualsoft's end-to-end events strategy, including Sync—the largest retail event outside of London—as well as a broader programme of industry conferences, client and partner-led events
  • Manage a high volume events calendar, ensuring strong organisation, planning discipline, and execution excellence
  • Oversee end-to-end event delivery including logistics, suppliers, budgets, and onsite coordination
  • Ensure events generate commercial value through lead generation, partnerships, and client engagement
