Job Summary

Own and optimize the growth funnel for a nonprofit STEM education mission, turning data into fast experiments across acquisition, SEO, and partnerships to extend global reach.

Acquisition & Growth: plan and run growth experiments to scale donor outreach, stakeholder engagement, and international partnerships.
Data & Optimization: track funnel metrics, analyze friction points, and tighten conversion paths using data-driven insights.
Strategic Outreach: identify and pitch high-value partnerships with sponsors, districts, and NGOs to expand impact.

Acquisition & Funnel Optimization: Plan, launch, and experiment with growth initiatives to scale stakeholder engagement, donor acquisition, and global outreach efforts.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze user acquisition metrics, website traffic, and campaign performance to identify friction points and optimize conversion rates.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, scrape, and pitch high-value outreach opportunities, including corporate sponsors, school districts, and international NGOs to expand the foundation's footprint.
Growth Marketing & SEO: Optimize digital channels, search visibility, and inbound funnels to drive organic traffic and elevate the organization’s global profile.
Content & Campaign Scaling: Collaborate on targeted, viral, or high-impact digital campaigns across social media, newsletters, and community platforms to rapidly build brand equity.

Requirements

Growth Mindset: Strong interest or experience in product-led growth, conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), or data-driven digital marketing.
Analytical Capabilities: Ability to interpret data trends, track conversion funnels, and use analytics tools to back up strategic recommendations.
Outreach & Lead Generation: Experience with or a strong aptitude for running cold outreach campaigns, identifying key stakeholders, and managing pipelines.
Execution & Autonomy: A proactive, self-motivated builder who thrives with high ownership, rapid experimentation, and tight loops of learning and pivoting.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch the foundation’s mission to a wide variety of global partners.
Mission Alignment: A strong passion for STEM education, sustainability, renewable energy, or global nonprofit work.

Flash Forward Foundation

Flash Forward Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering students in under-resourced regions by providing sustainable lighting solutions. We design, manufacture, and distribute solar-powered flashlights to support education in areas lacking reliable electricity. Through innovation, community partnerships, and hands-on volunteer engagement, we aim to improve learning conditions and help students study safely after dark. In addition to our core product, we run educational workshops to teach basic STEM and renewable-energy concepts to local schools and youth groups.
