Academic Recruitment & Marketing — 45% •Establish and execute a strategic recruitment communications plan aligned with enrollment goals 2 •Develop and manage transfer partnership marketing strategies and real-time communications needs •Build and maintain cross-functional and external partnerships to support recruitment initiatives Admissions Communications — 30% •Direct CRM strategy, website content, print materials, and digital/social platforms •Develop and implement a comprehensive prospective student communications plan •Ensure consistent, timely, and targeted messaging across all stages of the recruitment funnel Admissions Office Leadership — 15% •Provide lead work direction to CRM Data Specialist •Oversee CRM utilization, training, and data-informed communication strategies •Develop and manage the admissions marketing budget Additional Duties — 10% •Perform other duties as assigned in support of enrollment and institutional priorities

Requirements

Master’s Degree and 3 years of Higher Education experience in Admissions, Advising, Enrollment Management or Marketing OR Bachelors Degree and 4 years of Higher Education experience in Admissions, Advising, Enrollment Management or Marketing.
Graphic design experience
Advanced knowledge of recruitment and enrollment practices
Experience with a customer relationship management tool
Advanced knowledge of marketing strategies
Experience with social media platforms
Ability to interact with multiple and diverse groups of people and a commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment
