Job Summary

You will own the full pre-launch and post-launch marketing plan, from strategy and content direction to influencer seeding and ongoing momentum, for a London denim brand.

Build and execute pre-launch campaigns through launch day
Develop Instagram and TikTok strategy and influencer seeding
Grow the email list from zero and sustain momentum after drop

Responsibilities

Instagram and TikTok — strategy, content direction, growth
Email list — built from zero, written by you
Influencer seeding — who, how, and what we send them
The full pre-launch campaign through to September 17
Post-launch — keeping the momentum going after drop day

Requirements

3+ years in brand or product marketing with numbers to back it up
Knows TikTok and Instagram properly. Not surface level — actually gets what makes people stop and buy
Strong creative eye and original ideas — I don’t want someone who copies what everyone else is doing
Can write — real copy, not captions that sound like every other brand
