Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and strategic partners through outreach, networking, and follow-up.
Coordinate client and referral partner appreciation initiatives, gifting, reviews, and other relationship-building efforts.
Champion and elevate the client experience across the entire journey, from the initial hello and consultation through the signing ceremony and thoughtful follow-up communications that nurture long-term client relationships.
Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, webinars, networking events, sponsorships, and community events.
Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content, including short-form videos, Reels, attorney interviews, and other promotional content.
Assist with marketing campaigns and content across social media, email, digital, print, the firm's website, and other marketing channels.
Help maintain the firm's brand standards across client experiences, events, communications, and marketing materials.
Research referral opportunities, community partnerships, market trends, AI tools, and other opportunities to support the firm's continued growth.
As a team player, support the Director of Marketing and assist with other marketing, communications, and business development initiatives as necessary.

Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
A hospitality and service-first mindset.
Ability to multitask, be flexible, think on your feet, adapt to change and to changing priorities, and make decisions based on good common sense.
Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with people.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to closely follow established policies and procedures.
Strong attention to detail, including impeccable spelling and grammar.
Creativity and an eye for engaging content.
Professional presence and the ability to comfortably interact with clients, referral partners, attorneys, vendors, and members of the community.
Proficiency in the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn new software and technology.
