Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize results and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets and financial metrics to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery and maximize return on investment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within campaign management operations.
- Communicate campaign outcomes and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 2 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
- 4 years’ experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
- Proven expertise in campaign management, including programmatic and online advertising platforms.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market trends, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and support business planning.
- Advanced analytical skills to utilize data models and reports for informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Effective stakeholder management skills to build and maintain productive partnerships.
- Experience in project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Preferred
- Master's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 1 year's experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
- 3 years' experience managing marketing campaigns.
- 3 years' experience with CRM.
- 3 years' experience in digital media.
