Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
Build, test, and optimize email campaigns to engage customers, prospects, and leads.
Manage email marketing tools and automation workflows to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide insights for optimization.
Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for social media channels (e.g., Instagram Reels, LI, YouTube Shorts).
Collaborate with marketing manager and copywriter to develop high-quality content for social media and marketing campaigns, utilizing internal and external AI tools.
Monitor social media trends and audience engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
Research and implement AEO best practices to ensure Zipify content is surfaced by AI-powered search and answer engines.
Optimize website copy, blog posts, and help center content for both traditional SEO and emerging AEO formats (featured snippets, AI overviews, conversational search).

Requirements

Strong written and communication skills
An understanding of sales funnels and conversion-focused marketing
Virtual event planning skills for coordinating webinars, virtual events, and promotional activities.
Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with the team.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM systems, analytics dashboards) and AI-powered workflows is preferred.
Relevant education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a bonus
