Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the planning and execution of creative and marketing projects, managing budgets and timelines, and optimizing operational workflows to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders while monitoring project performance and ensuring deliverables align with organizational goals.
  • Project delivery (end-to-end) across all clients
  • Team management (designers, web, ads, contractors)
  • Proposal pricing & scope building
  • Financial health (budgets, margins, cash flow)
  • Systems & SOPs (Asana, workflows, infrastructure)
  • Quality control across all deliverables

Requirements

  • 10+ years in agency project management/operations
  • Manage complex, multi-track creative projects
  • Understand budgets, pricing, and profitability
  • Highly organized, proactive, and direct
  • Operate like an owner, not an employee
  • Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience across branding, web, and paid media
  • PMP / CSM certification
  • Experience managing contractors + vendors
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Everhour, QuickBooks
