Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Traffic Management
  • - Manage intake, task flow, assignment, and workflow visibility across Content and Creative work
  • - Maintain clear ownership, deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and handoffs for active work
  • - Monitor workload, capacity constraints, stalled tasks, priority conflicts, and upcoming deadlines
  • - Help teams follow agreed workflows and improve handoffs, intake practices, and repeatable operating rhythms
  • Project Coordination
  • - Manage execution of content and creative projects from planning through launch and retrospective
  • - Build and maintain project plans, timelines, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and decision logs
  • - Coordinate cross-functional work across Content and Creative and other stakeholder teams.
  • - Proactively identify and escalate delays, capacity conflicts, unresolved decisions, and priority tradeoffs to the right leader before deadlines are at risk.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, publishing operations, or a related role
  • Experience managing both cross-functional projects and ongoing operational workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of task management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage intake, task flow, timelines, dependencies, capacity visibility, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clarify ambiguity, push back graciously, and keep teams aligned
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently
  • Experience using AI to support project management, documentation, and workflow improvement

Preferred

  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification; if not already certified, willingness to pursue certification within the first year of hire
  • Experience in publishing, curriculum development, media production, product launches, campaign coordination, or content production
  • Experience building workflows, templates and dashboards in Wrike
  • Experience working in a ministry, nonprofit, agency, publishing, or creative production environment
