Responsibilities

Serve as a steward of Bass Pro Shops Hospitality core messages and mission.
Create on-brand email marketing campaigns promoting Big Cedar products and services.
Assist with social media content creation and departmental print advertising.
Maintain event calendars and collaborate with web developers on departmental web content.
Ensure all communications (emails, texts, etc.) follow brand standards and templates.
Develop project plans to support communication goals and priorities.
Contribute to editorial calendar planning through story sourcing and content ideation.
Build and maintain email databases for lead generation; manage opt-outs and non-deliverables.
Propose marketing copy with persuasive calls-to-action for campaigns and promotions.
Track and analyze marketing campaigns; use data to recommend improvements.

Requirements

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Administration positions preferred
Strong writing and communication skills across multiple formats
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
Analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving and campaign evaluation
Intermediate computer skills; ability to learn new software quickly
Creative and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively at local and corporate levels

Preferred

Experience with Inntopia/Flybook for Food & Beverage offerings
Strong writing and communication skills across multiple formats (as a bonus)
