Job Description
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate understanding of supplier brand strategies and drive menu placements, staff education, POS visibility, and trade excitement.
- Communicate market conditions to the client and identify opportunities via non-traditional marketing.
- Develop engaging sampling initiatives and recruit/train brand ambassadors and logistics coordinators.
- Schedule programming in target accounts, manage budgets, and track KPI and activation results.
- Identify and manage influencer programs to create positive, compliant content and drive consumer awareness.
Requirements
- 3-5 years beverage industry related experience
- Proven leadership, motivation and persuasive communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of spirits and RTD brands
- Ability to manage multiple constituents and drive activation programs with a valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to present information to managers and clients
