Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creative production and launch workflow, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns on time.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Establish scalable production timelines, dependencies, and leadership feedback loops to keep launches on track.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead collaboration across product, design, marketing, and agencies to optimize resources and ensure on-time execution.
  • Execution Excellence: Build lean teams, onboard external partners, and maintain high-quality creative output through rigorous workflows.

Job Description

Oversee creative production for launches and drive cross-functional execution to achieve GTM goals.

  • Oversee creative production for product launch and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, fluid environments, proactively keeping projects on track and optimizing for resource efficiencies
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project timelines, identifying critical dependencies and key milestones for feedback and approvals from leadership
  • Manage lean team resources effectively, including onboarding agencies and freelancers, while ensuring accountability and high-quality execution
  • Establish scalable workflows and processes, promoting efficiency, creative excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with external creative partners

Requirements

  • 10+ years of extensive experience in design operations, creative production, or program management roles
  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects from start to finish, balancing big-picture goals with day-to-day execution
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity
  • Highly organized, with expertise in developing timelines, identifying critical dependencies, and driving project efficiency

Preferred

  • Proficient in resource management within lean team structures, including managing external partners like agencies and freelancers
  • Proficient in Figma and Asana
