Responsibilities

• Set the brand direction and keep it consistent across social, website and marketing materials.
• Define our tone of voice and hold it across everything we put out.
• Give direction to the social and content team — briefing work, giving feedback and keeping standards up.
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that get MUSE in front of brands and creators.
• Run our PR, working with an external PR partner to land coverage and opportunities.
• Organise our events — launches, networking evenings and industry activations.
• Build relationships with brands, creators and people in the industry.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in brand marketing, PR, communications or social — agency or in-house.
• A background or genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, beauty or entertainment.
• Strong writing, and a good instinct for tone.
• Some experience directing others' work — juniors, freelancers or an agency.
• Some exposure to PR or events; you don't need to have owned both.
• Well plugged into social, culture and the creator economy.
