Job Description
The Team
Drinks X Exposure is the specialist drinks division within Exposure, working with some of the most exciting and globally recognised brands in the drinks industry. Our client portfolio includes brands such as Patrón Tequila and St‑Germain Elderflower Liqueur, alongside other leading drinks brands such as Beam Suntory (Hibiki) and SHS Drinks.
The team delivers integrated marketing campaigns, brand experiences, events, partnerships, websites/ digital platforms, drinks influencer activity, content production and communications strategies across the UK and internationally. We work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
This role sits within the Drinks X Exposure team which consists of creatives and account team members and supports both the day-to-day running of the team and the delivery of projects for drinks brands. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping projects, travel logistics and team operations running smoothly, while also gaining valuable hands-on experience in marketing, communications and account management.
We are looking for someone exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Whilst this role has a strong admin and coordination focus, it is also a genuine entry point into the world of drinks marketing and client management. For the right person, there is a clear pathway with increased responsibility over time.
The Job
Reports to: Associate Director
Account & Operations Coordinator is a junior but highly important role within the Drinks X Exposure team. The role combines high-level administration and organisation with exposure to client services, project management and marketing campaign support.
A key part of the role will involve coordinating global brand home trips for guests from around the world. This includes flights, visas, accommodation, transfers, itineraries and bookings. Alongside this, the role will support the planning and execution of campaigns, events and team activity across a wider range of brands.
The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in the rollout and ongoing management of a new internal digital travel and logistics platform being developed to streamline the organisation of global brand home trips. This will include ensuring market requirements are reflected accurately, testing and implementing updates, coordinating feedback, and supporting the successful rollout and adoption of the system across teams and stakeholders. The platform will ultimately become a key tool used to manage global travel and itineraries for Brand Home experiences.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Client
- Support the delivery of events, brand activations, brand trips and influencer activity where required
- Assist with client communications including status updates, meeting scheduling, agendas and follow-up actions
- Help coordinate campaign timelines and ensure tasks are delivered on schedule
- Build a strong understanding of client brands, tone of voice and objectives
- Maintain excellent attention to detail across all materials and communications
Commercial
- Support the rollout, implementation and ongoing management of a new digital global travel and logistics platform for brand home trips
- Liaise with internal teams, markets and developers to ensure market needs and platform requirements are accurately reflected
- Coordinate global travel, liaising with suppliers, venues, hotels etc, for bookings including flights, visas, accommodation, transport and itineraries for team members, talent and clients
- Ensure relevant jobs are cost-effective and delivered within agreed timelines and budgets
- Track schedules, deadlines and project deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Support finance administration including PO tracking, invoice management and budget reconciliation where required
- Maintain organised records, schedules and project documentation
- Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively find solutions
Team
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Drinks X Exposure team
- Assist with internal team planning, diary management and meeting coordination
- Work closely with account managers and senior team members to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
- Build positive working relationships across the wider Exposure business
- Contribute positively to team culture with a can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Stay informed on trends within drinks, hospitality, culture and marketing
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving agency environment

What a Regular Day Might Look Like:
A typical day could include booking international travel for a client trip, updating project timelines, joining clients calls and preparing agendas and status notes, gathering feedback from global markets, coordinating schedules with suppliers or venues, supporting logistics for an upcoming event, and assisting account team members with campaign administration and reporting.
The role involves regular communication with clients, creatives, travel providers, production partners, influencers and the wider Exposure team. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, organisation and working across multiple exciting projects at once.
You’ll Likely Need These Specialist Skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience coordinating travel, schedules or logistics is highly desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Google Sheets. Experience using Keynote would also be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach and strong problem-solving ability
- Interest in marketing, events, drinks brands and popular culture
- Experience within an agency, hospitality, events, administration, travel planning or client-facing environment is beneficial but not essential
