Responsibilities

leading strategy and execution across key marketing functions for agency clients
oversee the development of integrated marketing plans, guiding brand positioning, growth strategies, and go-to-market programs that align with client objectives
Day-to-day tasks include directing market research and insight generation, shaping content and social media strategies, and coordinating paid, email, and lifecycle campaigns to drive measurable results
manage client relationships, lead cross-functional project teams, and ensure consistent, authentic messaging across channels
mentoring marketing specialists, optimizing processes, and reporting on performance to support continuous improvement and sustainable growth

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, with experience leading multi-channel programs and campaigns.
Strong skills in Market Planning and Go-to-Market strategy, including setting objectives, defining target audiences, and allocating budgets.
Proficiency in Market Research and analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
Background in Sales alignment, including collaboration with revenue teams to support pipeline growth and conversion.
Proven experience in digital marketing (social, content, email, paid media) within agency or in-house environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting.
Track record of using data and analytics tools to measure performance and inform optimization decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working with growth-stage companies, consumer brands, or SaaS businesses is highly beneficial.
