Third Street Family Health Services was founded in 1994. We are a network of non-profit community health centers in northcentral Ohio. We improve the health of communities by helping to remove barriers to wellness. The Joint Commission is the nation’s oldest and largest standard-setting and accrediting body for health care. All of our departments are committed to sound management practices in the day-to-day delivery of safe and high-quality patient care.
