Founded in 2017 by board-certified psychiatrist Dr. Joshua Flatow, Pacific Mind Health is a clinician-owned mental health practice dedicated to compassionate, innovative, and evidence-based care. We provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy services for individuals across California, both in person and via telehealth.Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists offers a full spectrum of care, including medication management, psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato® (esketamine).
