Regardless of credentials, each team member completes our rigorous, in-house training program to learn the basics of personal training. To keep our blade sharp, we host weekly continuing education meetings focused on fitness, nutrition, and habit change. From there, our education never stops. We work together as a team daily, challenging each other to become the leading fitness professionals in the industry.
