As a "Meeting Planner for AV" we help our clients THRIVE in the difficult world of AV by taking care of all AV logistics from start to finish including event themes, schedules, room set up, event flow, paperwork, contracts, equipment, labor, set-up, event productions and tear-down – everything. Yes, everything! Our clients never have to work on AV again. Need our expertise but not our services? We offer full training and consulting services. We are trusted and experienced AV experts, and when your team needs AV help, we’ll educate, inform and guide them to a successful production. You have your expertise and we have ours – so you keep doing what you do best and let us help you shine. We also understand the value of providing an impactful experience for our clients attendees, and we provide the tools for them to make that happen. Our own team creates the “The Wow Experience” for you, especially when your event is themed or highly customized. We help you “wow” them with custom event apps, digital signage, touch screen monitors, audience response systems, powerful stage design, themed events and so much more, based entirely of our clients needs.
