About Midtown Baltimore
This is the *OFFICIAL* Midtown Community Benefits District (MCBD) LinkedIn page. Midtown Baltimore is a neighborhood advocacy and improvement group created by a voter referendum in the mid-1990s to strengthen the neighborhoods for all who live and work here. We strive to provide consistent services in order to ensure a clean, green, and safe community. Within the 144-block Midtown District, our organization serves over 4,000 properties and 17,400 residents, providing cleaning, greening, and safety services as well as community advocacy and activities. A property-tax surcharge funds our work across the District, and a Board of Directors, composed of a variety of Midtown stakeholders, guides our operating principles and fiscal management.
