Masaya Homes

Masaya Homes builds homes from trees grown on reforested cattle pasture land in Nicaragua. We craft the high-quality hardwood we grow into prefabricated homes and other wood products. Our homes capture between 100-150 tons of carbon, enough to cover your footprint for 5-10 years. In addition to capturing carbon, we also reforest and fight climate change by making reforestation an economic alternative to cattle ranching and deforestation. Our focus is on home offices and ADU's (Accessory Dwelling Units) aka "Granny Units", which are designed to alleviate the housing crisis by adding additional dwelling units to existing residences.
