JRK Property Holdings is a Los Angeles–based real estate private equity firm founded in 1991 by James Lippman, Robert Rooney, and Keith Holmes. The firm specializes in multifamily and hospitality investments, offering fully integrated services across investment, asset management, property operations, and design and construction oversight. JRK manages the entire lifecycle of real estate ownership with a focus on performance and long-term value creation.Since 2009, JRK has consistently ranked among the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Top 50 largest apartment owners.
