Our goal is bold: 20 - 25 new offices in the next 2 years. It’s aggressive, but it’s absolutely achievable—and we’ve built a culture that thrives on that kind of challenge.Outside the business, I still channel my competitive energy through training, playing pickleball, and enjoying time with people who bring energy and fun into the room.
