Within the Commonwealth of MA, the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security, (EOTSS) is the state’s lead agency for technology and innovation. Our mission is to provide technology leadership across the Commonwealth to enhance the quality of public service and foster positive community outcomes.EOTSS oversees the hiring of all IT roles across the state.
