Evolving Communities is an independent Community Interest Company. We specialise in patient, public and stakeholder engagement and insight to drive and support improvements in health and social care. We achieve this at a national, regional and local level by delivering Healthwatch services and Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships, and through our consultancy work for those who commission, provide and develop health and social care services and products, including Integrated Care Systems, NHS Trusts and local authorities.
