The Marketing Manager is responsible for helping grow Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning by increasing brand awareness, generating qualified customer calls, and creating marketing strategies that support the company’s revenue and growth goals.
This role combines strategy, creativity, analytics, and execution.
The Marketing Manager will understand our customers, our local market, and our competitive landscape and use that knowledge to develop marketing campaigns that make Andreas the trusted, recognizable choice for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services in the communities we serve.

Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with company revenue, sales, and growth goals.
Create and manage a marketing and promotional calendar that supports seasonal demand, company initiatives, and service-line goals.
Become an expert on our local market, customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, marketing channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
Develop strategies that strengthen brand awareness and consistently generate qualified inbound calls and leads.

Previous experience in marketing, advertising, communications, brand management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Experience tracking marketing performance, budgets, and ROI.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
Experience working with agencies, media partners, or outside vendors preferred.
Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or another local service-based business is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
