About American Ratings Corporation Diamond Certified
Our mission is to define excellence and identify for consumers the highest quality local companies. As creators of the Diamond Certified Program we rate local companies in Northern California on customer satisfaction and credentials. We survey a large random sample of each company's customers by telephone to get the most accurate ratings and to verify that only REAL customers are responding. By surveying from a company's entire customer base, we ensure that the research results, good or bad, truly represent the company's customer satisfaction level. Those that score high in the rating earn Diamond Certified and are backed with our Diamond Certified Performance Guarantee.
