Job Summary

Own social platform strategy and cross-team execution, balancing agile optimization with data-driven insights to deliver compelling activations and scalable performance across channels.

Strategic Ownership: Define the approach to new social platforms and opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and agencies on planning and management.
Performance & Agility: Monitor platform signals and changes to drive timely optimizations and content alignment.
Delivery & Escalation: Track results, report cadence, unblock issues, and guide trade-offs to meet delivery timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Define the strategic approach to new Social platforms.
Be agile, shifting quickly to respond to performance signals, platform algorithm changes and new features.
Orchestrate with internal teams to ensure the best content is provided for social handles.
Execute the strategy and work closely with agencies on planning and management.
Partner with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations.
Track, analyze and report results on weekly, monthly, quarterly cadence.
Unblock issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make recommendations for trade-offs, and meet delivery timelines.

Requirements

Experience in professional non-internship marketing
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
Experience in social media management for fast-paced, entertainment brands
Experience with Social Platforms strategy and optimization

Preferred

Experience in multi-territory campaign management
Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
